Trade fair and sustainability

As a matter of principle, we try to work as sustainably as possible and the old Bauhaus principle "Form follows Function" already applies to us in the design. Of course, we already pay attention to building materials that do not contain pollutants and are at least recyclable in case of disposal. We encourage the multiple use of exhibits and components and the sensible coordination of transport. This not only saves CO2, but also freight costs.

Travel and transportation are factors that should not be underestimated. This starts with the organization and planning of projects. Our principle is: as many meetings as necessary and as many video conferences as possible, in particular to reduce climate-damaging air travel to short meetings to the absolute minimum. We have just implemented this consistently in a project in Tokyo. We also made a conscious decision to transport the material within Japan, because we opted for a local service provider.
