This is the starting point for Continental's trade fair appearance at the International Motor Show 2019 in Frankfurt.
As a game changer and innovator, Continental is a driving force for the development of healthy mobility. At the beginning of every innovation there is an impulse that makes waves. This impulse is the heartbeat of mobility, mobility the heartbeat of life. Its mechanical impact creates - beat by beat - vibrations. These vibrations set the pulse wave in motion, just as the impulse of a drop hitting water sets a wave in motion. That was our idea.
The central Vision Cocoon forms the heart of the trade fair stand, this is where Continental's vision of the future is shown. Because all innovations arise from Continental's visions and spread out from the centre in a ring shape as an impulse wave.
The innovative products on display are arranged in a radial pattern in this area and are symbolically carried by the impulse wave.
The exterior areas deliberately reflect Continental's visual identity in its clarity. This ensures that visitors quickly perceive the brand even from a distance.
The interior areas take up the theme of healthy mobility. It stands for relaxation, recreation and tranquillity, but also for clean air and the preservation of nature. Healthy mobility is the basis for vibrant life.
This principle is also reflected in the communication concept. It reflects liveliness and creates a feeling of life through a combination of spruce wood, moss and plants.
The natural materials and motifs used as well as the colour nuances in green radiate calm, security, inspiration, freshness, nature and life in their combination. They have a calming and balancing effect. The visitor can thus experience the feeling of life associated with healthy mobility at first hand.
