How do you present over 1,300 products without losing the overview? How do you present this diversity of lighting innovations individually? How do visitors find their way around over 1,000 square metres? How do you let the brand vision and the claim to leadership speak for themselves? How do you break new ground? By showing the way.
Under the motto Breaking New Ground, Studio Bachmannkern deliberately broke up the trade fair character and created a journey on which the architecture, and thus the brand itself, becomes the visitor's guiding companion. "We take the guests on their own brand journey." This is how Dirk Bachmann-Kern describes the unique Journey that every guest could experience at the LEDVANCE stand at Light + Building.
Even from afar, the present brand gate invites visitors to embark on a journey. Consistent and open, the architecture leads the guest to the proverbial next level, from where the individual journey starts. Once at the top, you suddenly realise the dimensions and diversity of the LEDVANCE brand world. The path is the destination and leads linearly via a gallery to the diverse application areas to the central plaza on the ground floor. A place for conversations, exchange and hospitality.
In this world of its own, large cubes create the experiential framework for the product presentations. They connect the upper and lower floors and offer the perfect setting for every innovation. With every step, the visitor discovers the diversity of LEDVANCE products and applications. Having arrived in the spacious Plaza, one can experience the multifaceted effect of the medium of light in its full dimension.
The cubes open to the plaza are now revealed in their entirety and invite visitors to explore the areas on the ground floor. The openness of the space subtly gives guests even more freedom to discover, experience and communicate individually. Stop for a moment and enjoy the view, follow the brand film or talk about their favourite innovation in a relaxed atmosphere. Each guest was able to find his or her own way to the brand and keep it in mind.
